Skincare in a pile on a white bedsheet.

It’s winter in Sydney, time for winter skincare, and my skin has taken a hit. Wind tunnels are howling and the overall change in temperature is noticeable. The jumpers, jeans and sweater vest fits are on my current rotation. Iced lattes are out and warm coffee is a must. Bed feels extra warm and extra sad to leave in the morning. And showers now have a tinge of dread, knowing that as soon as I step out, it will be COLD.

These weather changes seep into other aspects of my life, forcing necessary adjustments  to more than just my outfit rotations. Whilst I am no skin gooroo, I do notice the products I use regularly in the colder months change, and help to keep my skin happy.

During this time of year, I feel a change with my skin needing some more moisturising love; it also really soaks up those serums more than usual, and sometimes needing a slightly gentler wash and scrub than it would in summer. Winter skincare.

The below products are my ride or die at the moment for those chillier Autumn days when your skin needs a little extra lovin’.

Sukin skincare face wash. Winter skincare.

Cetaphil face wash, winter skincare.

The Ordinary winter skincare.

The Ordinary winter skincare.

Sukin winter skincare.

Sukin pimple cream winter skincare.

Sukin face moisturiser winter skincare.

Imbibe lip balm winter skincare.

Kindly face mask winter skincare.

I use all of these products at least twice a week in my winter skincare, with many of them used daily. I love the natural products best, as I feel my skin reacts best to them and feels healthiest post-use. The Imbibe lip balm is my current partner in crime, literally keeping my lips alive.

Love always,
