Of the week, as Friday rolls in hot (or rather cold and rainy, if you're in Sydney).

There’s something comforting about the rhythm of the week—especially a rainy one in the city. How we subtly shift with the weather: our style, our mindset, and the priorities we carry from Monday through to Friday, as the weekend starts to quietly take centre stage. Lately, as the city grows colder with the onset of winter, I've been leaning into intentional comfort: soft robes, trackies, long-sleeve pyjamas. Getting lost in a good book. It’s the season of thoughtful routines—and even more thoughtful layers.

  • deep diving into Lorde's album release date/possible meaning

  • drinking tea

  • Bon Iver's new album

Consider this a kind little whisper to reassess your priorities as the colder months settle in. I know that I definitely need to be a little more conscious with my energy, happiness and health during Sydney’s winter, so this year, I will be refusing to forget self-care.

Things that have been keeping my body happier lately have been:

On another note - moving into the weekend, for all of the Australians - please, please go and vote if you haven't already. Voting is HOT, and it actually is quite important. Then go home and reward yourself by listening to Lorde's new song on repeat, because she is everything.

Much love,
