The perfect combo
Coming back to Sydney from a short trip away, straight into peak Spring, with summer incoming — has been magical. Sydney is truly stunning this time of year. People are glowing and just happy to be out. The sun is the perfect yellow and does something crazy to the sand, making iridescent reflections of cotton candy colours in the evening. Otherworldly at times.
Basically I’m smitten with this season, and love nothing more than enjoying it with friends and loved ones. Late lunches, adorable friend catch ups with Pinterest type set ups, and beach walks have all been on the table as of late.
And the best recipe for a late lunch — the perfect crispy white, as my dear friend requested we all bring to last Sundays spread. My personal favourite at the moment, the Brown Brothers Limited Edition Aluminium Premium Prosecco Brut.
Aside from the delicious undertones of refreshing apple and citrus, this cutie bottle also hits perfection with its crisp, dry bubbles — hitting the brief for last Sunday’s lunch perfectly.
Not to go on and on, but I’m also loving the light weight, recyclable aluminium bottle this baddie comes in. I am the clumsiest person I know — not to mention x2 glasses in — so this bottle scores points not only for the planet, but also for risk management (gotta keep those bubbles safe!).
So essentially, RUN don’t walk — this is not a drill — to your nearest independent or national liquor retailer, so you can grab yourself a bottle too, while stock lasts.
